Suitable For

Personnel who are required to operate a Vehicle Mounted Hydraulic Loader Crane.

Note:  Vehicles under 7.5 tonne: driver must possess driving licence.  Vehicles over 7.5 tonne:  driver must hold a Class 2 Large Goods Vehicle (LGV) Licence.

Course Aim

By the end of the course delegates will have an appropriate underpinning knowledge of the Lifting Operation and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER), as applicable to vehicle mounted hydraulic loader crane operations, and be able to demonstrate practical skills in the operation of vehicle mounted hydraulic loaders.

Road Transport Industry Training Board (RTITB) Certificate, including registration on the National Operator Registration Scheme (NORS).
